Senior Security Administrator (Hybrid Role)

About The Role

We are searching for a talented and experienced Security Administrator to join our team in a hybrid role, with 50% of your time spent on-site supporting clients in Tallahassee, FL.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and coordinating between the dedicated project team and Emerging Tech Laboratory support resources. This role requires excellent project management and communication skills to ensure all project milestones are met and resources are efficiently utilized. The SAS will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks, resolving scheduling conflicts, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

$70K/year - $85K/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Provide regular reports and updates on the IMS status to project stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitor resource utilization and availability, adjusting allocations as needed to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks and prevent project delays.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project activities, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change logs.
• Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with established quality standards and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, scheduling, or a related role in cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and risk-management abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
