We're looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative / Sales Hunter who's eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment (we're a pre-Series A startup). This person will be a key part of our small Sales team and will do the following:
Generate new opportunities from targeted outbound activity, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold-calling, networking and referrals
Make initial outreach to leads that you and the team have generated
Update and maintain Salesforce
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
If you exceed expectations, there is an opportunity for you to progress to SDR Manager or Account Executive.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a SDR/BDR position for a fintech infrastructure player e.g. Stripe, Yapily, Codat etc
Experience in mid-market/SME sales
You're data-driven and use metrics and funnels to monitor sales performance, come up with initiatives, and identify blockers
Based in NY with the full right to work in the US
