We are seeking a Senior Scattered-Site Property Manager to join our fast-growing Property Management company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple properties and leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Work schedule: Reporting on-site 3 days per week at our main office.

Requirements and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in property management;
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting principles;
• Strong customer service skills and experience in managing tenant relations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software.
• Demonstrate ability to manage staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Schedule: On-site at the main office four days a week.
• Strong leadership.
• Excellent communication.
• Problem solving and organized.
• Knowledge of CRLTO and landlord tenant laws.
  
  
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop a maintain a positive relationship with owners, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders, and serving as a liaison between clients and management.
• Coordinating with our leasing team to ensure smooth turnovers between tenants;
• Managing the maintenance staff including third-party vendors;
• Develop and implement budgets, financial forecasts, and reports.
• Perform property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Collect and manage rent payments, late fees, and deposits.
• Oversight of resident work order intake and completion including both emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests.
