Position Overview: Infojini is seeking a dedicated and experienced Proposal Writer/Manager to join our team. This remote position is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in developing and managing proposals within the SLED (State, Local, and Education) or commercial sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, and ensuring that all submissions are compliant with client requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive proposals for government and commercial clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and requirements.
  • Design and implement customizable proposal templates to streamline the proposal creation process and ensure consistency across all documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical experts, and senior management, to gather information and develop proposal content.
  • Edit, proofread, and format proposal documents to ensure clarity, compliance, and professionalism.
  • Manage proposal timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to the proposal process.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and projects to support business development efforts and proposal customization.
  • Create and enhance the proposal repository, ensuring that all past proposals, templates, and related documents are organized and easily accessible for future use.
  • Monitor and analyze feedback from clients and proposals to enhance future submissions and strategies.
  • Ensure all proposals meet company standards and client expectations, including branding, formatting, and content quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in proposal writing and management, specifically in the SLED or commercial sectors.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong self-management and time management skills.
  • Experience in tracking productivity and working effectively from home.
