What we need you to have:

• Extensive Professional Construction Management Experience
• Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or industry related.
• Capable of leading & managing a Construction Project Team through the whole project life-cycle
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, subs, and architecture & engineering partners.
• Experience leading Large New Commercial or Industrial projects from Preconstruction through Close-out
• Desire to mentor, train, and develop team members.
• Local to Greenville or willing to relocate permanently. (also open to travel candidates)
