Job Description

Responsible for oversight/management of integration of ERP systems.

Tracking, analyzing, helping to resolve issues.

Communicating with management on any issues/delays that may impact go live.

Strong project management experience who is a quick learner and ability to execute and deliver.

Very proactive in knowing upcoming tasks and able to guide and manage functional teams to complete tasks on time.

Experience planning for and working with business partners to extract needed data.

Working with business partners to troubleshoot and refine data extracts to prepare them for loads.

Work with business partners and IT to plan and execute mock data loads into test environment.

Work with business partners and IT to plan and execute data loads into production environment.

Need Project Managers with hands on Oracle ERP Implementation experience

7-15 years project management experience, some technical experience. Ability to be proactive and clearly communicate with coworkers across various functional areas within the company.

Experience in implementing ERP systems.

Or Project Manager with e-Commerce

Responsibility:

Supporting Site Experience Team and Site Content Team

Site Experience is a team of 4 people – the site is technically focused and create and manage all the platform features and also does some creative (landing pages of content) – will be very important to be super detail-oriented, especially when taking notes/minutes (very important), requests and feedback from meetings are very specific and this person will need to be able to speak to these points when going through briefs and assets with the team and ensure that they are all addressed and captured in the work – this person will also make sure that when the team has assets, the PM will check against the brief – knowing E-Comm is key/crucial, cross-functional communication, strong collaborative personality

Site Content team is a team of 3 people

This team essentially works with the creative and cross-functional partners to briefing content assets. This PM would need to be comfortable doing a role that is deeply detailed and organized – someone a little more tenured, not junior

This person would work closely with the team and be part of all meetings

This person’s major function would be to bridge the gap between site experience and site content Be the listening ear on both sides and be vocal with sharp communication skills

Ensure both teams are on the same page, push back on timelines, manage deliverables, manage a weekly project tracker, own timelines, and fully aware of end-to-end process from brief inception to delivery and QA

Responsible for all meeting minutes and sending immediately after every call

Need to know the landscape, doesn’t have to be beauty necessarily but having that digital knowledge and experience is crucial.

Strong prioritization skills

Soft skills are incredibly important – team player, cross-collaboration, attention to detail, time management, incredibly organized

Strong PM skillset – exceptional ability to streamline the work
