Over the last 15 years, our team of product designers, engineers, and project managers has grown to nearly a hundred.
We are seeking talented Senior Product Designers to join our team. As a consultant, you will work directly with our clients and collaborate with fellow Bitovians on various projects. In this remote role, you will thrive as a self-starter, identifying tasks, creating actionable plans, and executing them efficiently. Research data will enhance your creativity, enabling you to address both business and user challenges and contribute valuable insights to product strategy. You will employ an iterative design process, from low to high fidelity, that’s grounded in testing.
Responsibilities
End-to-end product design, including research, product strategy, information architecture, user experience design, user testing, and user interface design.
Identify tasks required to create product solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs, prioritize, and manage your schedule to complete tasks.
Use (and sometimes create) design systems and component libraries.
Interview, collaborate, and present as an embedded part of client teams.
Work closely with PMs, developers, and other designers.
Qualifications
5+ years experience designing applications or sites.
Portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process and capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
Degree in a relevant field.
Experience in consulting.
Cross-functional skills are an asset.
