Senior Procurement Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a long-term and short-term strategic sourcing plan for plastics category
Lead, develop, negotiate and execute on contracts with key suppliers to obtain the best deal and materials for the organization
Monitor supplier performance and build relationships with new and old suppliers
Lead RFPs for the packaging category with suppliers
Senior Procurement Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business discipline or 5+ years of relevant work experience
3+ years of strategic procurement and sourcing experience
Ideally experience in food & beverage, CPG or hospital/healthcare industry
Experience with multiple suppliers and $50M+ spend
Experience sourcing for 5+ manufacturing facilities
Experience with managing supplier relations and creating strategy
