Role: Senior Process Engineer / Project Manager

Location: Hybrid, Boston MA

Duration: 12 months, with extension

Note: Client requires candidates who are within commutable distance to Boston MA

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer who will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives for new launched private market product offerings, with a focus on Wealth Management. The individual will use lean six sigma and project management skills and methodologies to drive the full lifecycle of project delivery from planning through implementation.

Requirements:

10+ years total IT experience, 7+ years of project management experience, Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Financial Services Industry experience, Experience in business process mapping and design

PLUSSES: Lean Six Sigma Certification, PMI / Change Management Certification, Wealth management and/or private equity experience a plus
