What You'll Do

As a Senior Premier Partner Account Executive at BambooHR, you will have a unique opportunity to build out our strategic partner function and to grow and develop our existing team. Your contributions will be key in driving revenue and customer retention by growing and optimizing our most important partners. This role provides a unique opportunity to not just maintain, but strategically grow the impact of the partner program for our partners at BambooHR.

In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate and recruit new premier/strategic partners to execute on opportunities that align with the company's strategic priorities
  • Build a pipeline of potential premier/strategic partners, providing transparency into opportunities, timing, needs and status.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including existing and potential premier/strategic partners, industry influencers, and internal teams
  • Regularly assess partnership performance and use data-driven insights to optimize lead volume and flow from premier partners for continuous improvement and leading to MRR.
  • Work closely with partners to co-create value-added solutions and drive leads
  • Develop and maintain a fluent, demo-ready knowledge of our products in order to be self-sufficient in premier partnership conversations


What We’ll Love About You

  • You have at least 5-10 years of related partnership experience
  • You are a literal pro at partner management and/or partner programs
  • You know your way around Salesforce
  • Written and verbal communication is a strength of yours and you’re able to convey complex information in a digestible way
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude that lifts team members around you
  • Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple strategic initiatives at a time
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
