You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supports the long-term success of planning performance for specified engines/sectors/hubs, and the overall contribution to the broader company goals.
  • Supports the planning function in ensuring projects and tenders are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored.
  • Effectively works with stakeholders, clients, contractors and subcontractors on a daily basis.
  • Implements project planning and scheduling strategy, per the clients plans and procedures.
  • Creates and evaluates master schedules using primavera P6 for mega project.
  • Creates a Level 5 commissioning, validation and qualification schedule for the client.
  • Performs probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedule.
  • Prepares and updates progress reports as required by the client, including the integrated planning/scheduling contribution to the monthly project report and specific reports/presentations.
  • Ensures that schedule related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction contractors of actual projects is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems.
  • Actively monitors and communicates any possible project issues that could delay the schedule.
  • Conducts the required project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole, inkling analyze deviations from the baseline in the project master schedule highlighting bottlenecks/delays and propose corrective actions and highlight the overall schedule impact of any variance/change order.
  • Works closely with various disciplines in project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the schedules produced without compromising your independence as a scheduler so you are able to advise project management on issues requiring judgment.


You’ll need to have:

  • Scheduling experience in the construction industry.
  • A degree in construction, engineering or related field, or have demonstrated equivalent and related experience.
  • Demonstrated capital program leadership experience.
  • Experience effectively managing integrated team(s) on large complex and multi-phase life science and industrial manufacturing capital programs.
  • Knowledge of multiple project delivery methods, including alternative project delivery (design build and construction manager at risk).



You’ll also have:

  • A certification by AACE or PMI in planning/scheduling.
