As a Senior Consultant for Oracle Implementation, you will be joining a leading partner firm to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Oracle EPM implementation solutions, including PBCS, EPBCS, and EPM Cloud, to end users. You will be responsible for offering guidance on implementation projects, providing expert advice, and ensuring the successful deployment of Oracle technologies to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oracle EPM implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide hands-on development and configuration of Oracle EPM (PBCS, EPBCS, EPM Cloud) solutions.
- Implement and manage On-Premise Data Relationship Management (DRM) systems.
- Deliver and support Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) implementations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EPM, DRM, and HFM.
- Ensure best practices and compliance with industry standards in all implementations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle technologies and industry trends.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM (PBCS, EPBCS, EPM Cloud).
- Proven experience with On-Premise Data Relationship Management (DRM) and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Strong understanding of financial processes and business requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful Oracle implementations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
- Oracle certifications in relevant technologies are highly desirable.

This is a permanent, full-time, remote working role in the USA which will involve client travel when on project.
