Job Summary
Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and supervise all company programs, projects, and program managers, reporting directly to the President. This role offers the opportunity to support large-scale government operations, leveraging cutting-edge technology and fostering career advancement.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and management of assigned programs, aligning with the company's mission and values.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and deliverables.
Oversee project staff teams and subcontractors.
Engage directly with customers to understand and address their needs.
Contribute to the development and implementation of growth strategies and processes.
Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering recruitment and retention of top talent.
Cultivate an ethical, success-oriented, and accountable environment.
Represent the company with customers and business partners.
Execute programs within scope, cost, and schedule parameters.
Support pre-award pricing and requirement development.
Provide hiring and transition support for newly awarded contracts.
Support broader business development efforts.
Qualifications
20+ years of relevant experience in managing government requirements.
Experience in government contracting, with a focus on facility design, construction, and management.
PMP certification preferred.
Master's Degree preferred.
Active Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel up to 25% of the time.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in various computer software applications.
