About The Team
As a member of Noah Medical’s Medical Education team, you will take ownership of independently facilitating physician training programs and building educational activities related to the Galaxy System. In this role, you will collaborate internally with Clinical Engineers, Sales and Marketing to design and deliver first-in-class education programs to external physicians and staff. This candidate has an opportunity to leave an educational imprint on revolutionizing the world of medical robotics in the oncology space.
This is an exempt position remotely based with a minimum of 50% travel. Ideal candidate location is on the East Coast, near Washington DC, Chicago IL, or a major airport. Candidate is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Medical Education.

A Day In The Life Of Our Education Team
- Teach Galaxy System robotic technology training and applications like radiographic C-Arm, suction and other surgical tool to physicians, staff and internal team members
- Lead education programs centered around adult-learning principles that are delivered in either a LIVE or virtual learning environment
- Partner with sales training to conduct clinical education
- Design and build training content used in these education programs
- Confidence in preparing and setting-up cadaveric specimen, or lung models in a training lab environment
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Clinical or Health Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or Education
- 8+ years in medical device, biotechnical, pharmaceutical or healthcare
- 5+ years in clinical education, clinical specialist, training and/or learning & development positions
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must have a positive, highly motivated attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Requires high clinical acumen
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, planning and prioritization skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
