Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Post Audit Role!
In this role, you shall be responsible for Identification of opportunities of improvement in existing process of Post payables audit.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationship with client management
- back with vendor recovery service providers to perform scoping of vendor audits
- risk assessment for vendors to identify vendors for scoping
- scenarios for leakage audit to enhance recovery
- back with vendors for collection of recovery claims
- setting of team member targets for recovery in line with the overall target for recoveries
- innovation around digitalization, rationalization, standardization of the program
- retention of the team and suggest retention strategy
- supervise the work of external agencies, specialists
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
- Prior experience of leading and managing Post Payables Audit engagements in the retail industry
- and in-depth understanding of business processes in the retail industry and leakage scenarios
- in managing Sr. client stakeholders and presentation of the key issue, opportunities, status update
- to develop and manage the relationship with a large number of stakeholders both internal and external
- to analyse the problem statement & root cause behind the same and provide necessary consulting to fix the root cause so that problem should not repeat
- strong communicator to be able to convey the value proposition of the solution

Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting principles and the process would be a plus
