We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager of Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition team. The Senior Manager of Recruitment will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract and retain top talent across all departments within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with the organization’s growth objectives and talent needs.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure performance goals are met.

Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance the organization’s employer brand and attract top talent.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.

Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus.
