About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic GTM Operations and Enablement Manager to lead our team and drive the strategic execution of our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration and optimization of GTM processes and technology, enhancing operational efficiency, and spearheading enablement programs that directly impact revenue attainment and scalability. Your leadership will ensure that all GTM functions are strategically aligned, contributing to the company’s overall revenue targets and fostering team engagement and growth. This role demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in GTM strategy execution within a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the GTM Operations and Enablement team, ensuring strategic alignment and execution across all GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
  • Develop and refine GTM processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing insights from each functional area within the team.
  • Manage and optimize technology stack and tools related to GTM activities, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • Lead the enablement initiatives by creating comprehensive training and development programs tailored to the needs of the GTM team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and other stakeholders across Product and Finance to drive the company's revenue targets.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 6-8 years experience leading a GTM function (Sales/Marketing/Success/Partner).
  • Experience leading a team of 5-10 functional and technical specialists to GTM objectives.
  • Leadership experience in Operations, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Expertise in process design, technology implementation, and GTM strategy execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
