An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Philadelphia office to join the Financial Planning and Analysis team to support our newly created Strategic Solutions team. Strategic Solutions supports Macquarie Asset Management, across both Private Markets and Public Markets businesses.

What role will you play?
As a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will work with a broad range of stakeholders within Macquarie Asset Management, providing analysis and insight across the business line. You will take accountability for business forecasting, monthly reporting, profit and loss, performance analysis, decision support, process improvement and automation. You will have a positive, proactive approach, excellent time management skills, management experience, and a genuine curiosity to understand the business drivers and trends to generate meaningful analysis.

What You Offer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degree or certification such as CPA, CFA or MBA highly valued.
- 7-10 years’ total experience, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial and business reporting in a global financial services organization
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail with superior analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, Anaplan, or other similar financial software, as well as advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and documenting process improvements with ability to interact and manage communication with senior stakeholders on a global level.
