Leads a team of IT professionals to deliver technical and leadership support focusing on exceptional customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness within the organization’s budget. The IT support team is the “face of IT” to all internal business customers, vendors, and contractors. You will serve as a technical expert, leader and mentor for the team as well as supporting strategic initiatives to enhance DN’s IT/Digital footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the North America workplace team and operations
  • Oversight of PC lab team and delivery of all new hardware including workstations, mobile devices and securing them with Microsoft Intune
  • Responsible for license optimization within the M365 platform
  • Lead the implementation planning/testing and delivering of strategic workplace projects
  • Provide direction of Imaging team, process, and improvements
  • Responsible for desktop support functions in North America
  • IT finance software contracts/renewals, chargebacks, software tracking
  • People leadership – staffing levels, reviews, performance, training, growth and mentorship
  • Executive support. Supporting high level meetings with BOD and ELT.
  • Reviewing new technology an ensuring all technology used by this team is most current and fully utilized


Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Typically has 8-10 years of experience in Desktop Support and typically 2-4 years leadership experience.
  • Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
