YOUR LIFE AS A SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY COORDINATOR
This full-time position typically works Sunday through Thursday. On call 24hrs.
As a Senior Living Community Coordinator, you are a key member of our community's leadership team. You recruit, hire, and train staff members. Additionally, you supervise caregivers and med tech associates, ensuring that care plans are complete and accurate. Under your leadership, your team members are inspired to take pride in their work and provide the best healthcare services possible.
Making sure our residents are protected and provided the dignity, rights, and confidentiality they are entitled is a top priority. Because of your compassionate personality, this comes naturally to you. Having a positive impact on the lives of our residents fills you with great satisfaction!
What We Need From You
Supervisory or managerial experience
