The Learning & Enablement Center of Excellence (COE) delivers business-focused, efficient, and innovative learning and development programs and experiences, thoughtfully designed to help our employees at every stage of their career. As a member of the Talent Development team, you are responsible for supporting our high-impact programs and ensuring they are robust and effective enough to meet the needs of our evolving business and talent.

Cultivating a strong learning culture across the organization;

A holistic approach to learning and enablement that emphasizes not just education, but also self-awareness and connections to people;

Developing our people to help tackle some of the most complex issues in business while furthering their careers.

Essential Job Functions

  • Execute and assist with the development of a diverse portfolio of curricula that promotes robust learning, addresses intricate business dilemmas, and nurtures employees' career and professional growth
  • Streamline the operations of assigned portfolios, leveraging program analysis, evaluation, and deployment technologies to optimize effectiveness
  • Collaborate closely with team members, company enablement stakeholders, and first level leaders to design, facilitate, and coordinate courses, webinars, and workshops, both in physical and virtual settings
  • Create instructional materials (e-learning, facilitator guides, job aids, reference guides, audio and video scripts, storyboards, navigational text, assessments, etc.) that transform complex information into engaging multimedia learning experiences
  • Utilize technology, industry best practices, and innovative learning methods to develop new content and enhance existing training materials continually
  • Analyze metrics, key skill indicators, and learner feedback to gauge the success and sustainability of learning solutions, to provide recommendations for programs and enablement efforts.
  • Foster collaboration with department stakeholders, sharing ideas, leveraging synergies, and nurturing a culture of learning organization-wide
  • Contribute to additional Learning and Enablement initiatives as required

Required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in training and development, human resources development, education, organizational psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development or a combination of relevant experience and education
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to execute projects and initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in LMS software and/or learning enablement tools

Preferred

  • Advanced degree in a related field
  • Relevant learning credentials or certifications
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Prior experience in the technology industry
