About Your Role:

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will tackle a variety of top-secret customer and internal projects that will infiltrate multiple channels. You’ll team up with our elite squad of designers, storytellers, photographers, and creative directors to craft brand-aligned marketing masterpieces. Your mission is to ensure that every piece is visually stunning, on-brand, and impossible to ignore.

Responsibilities & Job Duties:

  • Eat the World’s Best Steak on the Company’s Dime – How can we expect you to sell gourmet steaks without first letting you taste the goods? Steak Expert is in your future.
  • Design All the Things – Emails, mailers, social ads, web assets. If it’s digital or print, you’re our MacGyver.
  • Logo & Iconography Ninja – Craft logos, icons, motion graphics, the occasional t-shirt, or event signage.
  • Ad Magic Maker – Create video and static ads that stops scrolling faster than the latest TikTok dance and compels a purchase.
  • Idea Factory – Brainstorm fresh concepts that bring innovation and brand storytelling to the forefront.
  • Campaign Sensei – Lead high-level design campaigns to be executed across many touch points by different designers
  • Customer Experience Hero – Design with the customer in mind, making their experience smoother than a 90s boy band ballad.
  • Brand Jedi – An extension of the Omaha Steaks legacy, you’ll master every nook and cranny of one of America’s most trusted
  • and beloved brands.
  • Deadline Terminator – Deliver every project on time, like clockwork – no excuses, no problemo.
  • Edit & Revision Rockstar – Bring on the feedback! You have thick skin and can handle creative critiques like a pro. After all, collaboration makes us better!
  • Proofing Perfectionist – Check your work at every step to ensure it is error-free.
  • Hybrid Work Schedule – Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday you’ll be in the office. Wednesday and Friday you can work from home.

Who You Are:

  • Creative Fanatic with 3-5 years’ Experience – You’ve been around the design block a few times, and you’re ready to strut your stuff.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Expert – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
  • Layout & Typography Guru – Your skills are so sharp, they could slice through bad design like butter.
  • Video Pro – You’ve got video production knowledge, from storyboarding, to on shoot directing, to final asset delivery.
  • Master of Commercial Art – You know how to mix art and commerce like a pro, making beautiful things that also sell.
  • Speed Demon – You crank out high-quality work faster than a speeding bullet, all while juggling multiple projects with ease.
  • Self-Starter – You’re detail-oriented, dependable and ability to work within quick turnaround timelines
  • Quick Adaptor – Frequent updates? No problem! You stay accurate and flexible through it all.
  • Can-Do Attitude – Whatever it takes to get the job done right and on time, you’re on it.
  • Lone Wolf & Team Player – You’re just as comfortable flying solo as you are working in a pack.
  • Smooth Talker & Wordsmith – Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, and you know how to pitch an idea like a boss.
  • Consumer Whisperer – You understand what makes people tick and how to use that knowledge in your designs.
  • Creative Boundary-Pusher – You’re always thinking outside the box and taking our work to the next level.

  • You’re a good human who’s fun to hang with.

  • You aren’t totally terrified by AI and know how to use it.
