This position will support the development of proposals from pre-RFP through contract award for the PrSM program. Candidate will be supporting negotiations, strategy and planning of the PrSM proposals.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Work closely with the proposal manager to develop proposal and meet proposal submission timelines
Coordinate and lead cross-functional proposal meetings
Help develop solutions to problems/issues arising through proposal development
Prepare and present Executive Proposal Panels (EPP's) reviews
Reviews and evaluates customer requests for proposal or revisions to contracts
Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings and customer negotiations
Ad hoc requests.
