Job Summary
We are seeking a Global Business Finance Partner to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the financial success of our Aroma/TS WW GBU. Your responsibilities will include providing support, guidance, and strategic insights while fostering an environment of financial compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the business, industrial controllers, platform, and support teams, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
Oversee daily financial activities of the GBU, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Lead monthly business reviews, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
Develop profitability analysis for segments, product lines, and customers to optimize resource allocation.
Collaborate with corporate controlling teams to ensure compliance with Group policies and finance assumptions.
Support GBU initiatives and projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, investments, and restructuring efforts.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in business or finance; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 9 years of experience in finance and business partnering, preferably in an international setting.
Strong understanding of financial principles, with solid controlling skills and business acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SAP.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, with strong leadership capabilities and a focus on performance and safety.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Benefits
Competitive salary range of $145,000 to $181,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
