We are looking for someone to join our team as a Senior Executive Recruiter to focus on finding, attracting, interviewing, and recommending people for highly compensated roles within our clients. You will do all this while working side-by-side with a proven top-performer/Owner with 20 years in the industry. Pioneer Search Group, LLC has over 16 years working exclusively in the Material Handling Equipment/Automation niche and you will be joining a network of over 200 search firms worldwide that are experiencing enormous growth!

The primary focus of our Senior Executive Recruiter:

• Use various tactics to locate, contact, and identify people with a specific skill set to fill search assignments given to our firm
• As a Senior Recruiter, you will spend most of your time connecting with people via phone and other media to discover what types of opportunities they might be open to and then present them with an accurate description of any matching positions
• The Senior Recruiter will also use the latest tools and technologies to discover people not already known to us and add them to our database
• Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating qualifications against job requirements and company culture

The background profile we look for:

• A college education is excellent, but having "true grit" is what truly matters!
