Senior Director of Talent

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role based in Miami.

Responsibilities:

• Elevate brand awareness and enhance the overall recruitment experience.
• Lead the hiring and training of staff, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance measurement.
• Collaborate as a strategic partner with our senior leadership team.
• Innovate ideas to attract and retain top-tier talent.
• Implement cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies, covering candidate sourcing, onboarding efficiencies, and career planning.
• Educate hiring managers on talent pool dynamics and recruiting best practices.
• Manage recruitment for diverse internal roles spanning marketing, accounting, retail, design, and merchandising.
• Coordinate with immigration counsel regarding visa sponsorships.
• Collaborate with relocation teams to facilitate the smooth relocation of new employees.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 10+ years of experience in a talent acquisition role.
• Possess a leadership track record with 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Experience in retail and wholesale industries.
• International experience, including proficiency in international relocation and visa processing.
• Have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience at the Director level.
