The Coca-Cola Company, a global beverage leader with a rich history of over 136 years and a portfolio of over 200 brands worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Supply Leader. This position sits on the NPSG Leadership Team and is accountable to the NPSG Board of Directors comprised of nine members. The focus of NPSG is to achieve the lowest optimal delivered cost from bottler plants to their sales centers. This role is responsible for long-range and day-to-day management of the sourcing and innovation team.

Key Areas For This Role Include:
- Recommendations to the National Product Supply Group (NPSG) Board of Directors for votes in the area of new product/packaging innovation planning/product flow of cold-fill products.
- Manage Sourcing Analysis and Optimization with current capabilities and capacities for all produced brands and packages.
- Facilitate and ensure adherence to the governance of production center to distribution center product flow for new and existing products.
- Lead Sales and Operations Planning across bottlers for constrained and limited source products.
- Collaborate with bottling partners and NAOU commercial leadership to identify capacity constraints and actions to enable sales.
- Lead and develop 3 functional teams – Innovation Planning, Sourcing Optimization, Planning.
Recommendations to the NPSG Board for votes in the area of new product/packaging innovation planning for concentrate, cold-fill products.
- Lead activities to ensure prompt and accurate recommendations to the NPSG Board of Directors for the production and sourcing of new products/packaging innovation.
- Analyze the impact of new product / packaging and provide subject matter expertise with regard the financial and non-financial impact to the supply chain of this innovation.
- Collaborate with bottling system to provide feedback on the capacity and capability to execute innovation plans.
- Provide thought leadership as to the financial impact of any innovation product and develop processes to ensure bottlers understand the financial impact of innovation.
- Ensure Innovation Processes follow NPSG governance and work with NPSG Board Members to review governance and adjust as the business evolves.
- Determine capital needs to support Innovation plans and ensure capital is approved by NPSG bottlers.
- Provide leadership on US Bottling system sourcing optimization initiatives.
- Drive savings for US Bottling system.
- Set vision for continuous improvement needs in the sourcing optimization space including tools, processes, and stakeholder management routines.
- Work with sourcing optimization team leader to lead Sourcing Council and Board members through an annual review of governance resolutions pertaining to sourcing optimization.
- Establish clear objectives for direct reports in order to clarify expectations and the relationship of his or her work to that of others on the team.
- Assign accountabilities, allocate resources, and implement metrics among team to ensure rapid progress.
- Maintain team and 1 on 1 cadence and actions in support of performance management, career development, and team engagement.
- Lead monthly routines, Demand and Supply Reviews, and S&OP meetings to drive facts and information-driven decision making.
- Complete trade-off analyses to inform leadership of potential options and conduct scenario modelling to achieve most optimal business results.
- Connect with Coca-Cola Bottlers Sales and Service (CCBSS) to ensure raw material forecast alignment.
- Collaborate with the North America Operating Unit Commercial and Customer Solutions on customer-specific forecasts (new items, in/out, exclusive SKUs, holiday promotions, etc.), as well as resolving execution issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Management with a master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years experience with Supply Chain Planning (Production, Deployment, Inventory, Supply, Supply & Demand Planning)
- 7+ years experience with Supply Chain Operations Experience (Manufacturing, Distribution Management, Procurement)
- Network Optimization Experience Preferred
- Commercial Experience Preferred
