Job Description

As a Senior Cyber Security Engineer with over 10 years of experience and relevant certifications, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and implement the organization's cybersecurity strategy to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Security Architecture: Design and maintain the security architecture, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and compliance standards.
  • Threat Detection and Response: Monitor and analyze security incidents, investigate breaches and develop incident response plans.
  • Security Solutions: Evaluate, implement, and manage security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Security Policies: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Security Awareness: Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees to ensure a culture of security.
  • Incident Management: Lead and coordinate incident response activities, including communication with stakeholders and reporting to management.
  • Security Audits: Participate in security audits and assessments to maintain compliance and improve security posture.
  • Security Documentation: Maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and their security
