Senior Corporate Paralegal - Food Services Company

Our Client is a publicly traded Multi-National Food and Beverage Services Company looking to hire a Senior Corporate Paralegal. The organization has been doing very well, so this role has a strong growth potential. This individual will report directly to the GC, having high visibility among key stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a dynamic and collaborative space!

Responsibilities:

• Handling SEC reporting requirements (Section 16 filings, 8Ks, 10-Ks, and 10-Qs)
• Managing Proxy Statements.
• Organizing corporate minute books for all entities.
• Assisting with various corporate legal matters as needed.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Paralegal Experience with a public company.
• Experience handling SEC matters.
• Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Paralegal Certificate.
