Experienced Senior Paralegal Opportunity in Biotech/Pharmaceutical Sector

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in clinical trials, corporate governance, litigation, contract management, and intellectual property
Proficiency in contract drafting and managing various legal aspects
Strong skills in contract negotiation and influencing, with in-depth knowledge of contract structures, principles, and automation tools
Passion for innovating legal service delivery and a service-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking, business acumen, and judgment skills
Proficiency in stakeholder management, consensus-building, and collaboration across departments and management levels
Attention to detail, eagerness to learn new software, and business savvy
Experience with Contract Management systems, particularly Agiloft, is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and the ability to adapt to various Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities Of a Senior Paralegal
Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with minimal supervision
Collaborate with business functions to draft and negotiate various agreements, including master service agreements, work orders, amendments, and confidentiality agreements
Oversee contract template processes, reviews, and incorporation of best practices
Manage assignments in the electronic contract management system (Agiloft) for attorneys
Identify risks and provide alternative solutions for optimal outcomes
Develop and implement improvements to enhance the contracting process and ensure compliance
Monitor agreements throughout their lifecycle and advise internal teams on contractual matters
Ensure legal compliance and best practices in templates and agreements through collaboration with attorneys and business functions
Support other legal projects as required
