Senior Accountant (Internal Audit)

I'm currently partnering with one of my favorite clients, a high growth PE firm, to hire a Senior Accountant, Transformation & Process Optimization to be a strategic partner on a team that's scaling.

This role is particularly awesome because of the leader it reports to - I know them personally and they are very impressive and the development of people on their team is a top priority for them. You'll have someone to learn from and who will always go to bat for you.

The base salary range is 125-145k + cash bonus. 💵

About the role:

• Assess current accounting & finance processes and make them better (in an environment and team where people wants the change and are eager to adopt)
• Implement new systems, understand how systems and data integrate
• Great for someone from internal financial audit

Who you are:

• 2 - 8+ years of relevant accounting experience - Internal Audit preferred
• A mix of Big 4 or public accounting and in-house at a public company is ideal
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail & good sense of humor! 😂
• Can contribute & bring ideas in a fast-paced environment.
