Director – Finance & Accounting Search at StevenDouglas

Our client, a well-established family office, located in Miami is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team.


Compensation - $85,000 - $110,000 base plus annual bonus


Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned journal entries and analysis as part of the month-end closing.
  • Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and ensure integrity of balances
  • Assist with additional projects on an ad-hoc basis
  • Interact with external tax accountants.
  • Research and correspondence for special projects based on issues and individual inquiries


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Family office and/or investment accounting experience would be a big plus
