The Senior Accounts Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our established customers and play a vital role in customer experience and maintaining our reputation for excellence. For over 25 years, Gibson Stainless & Specialty, Inc. has been the leading provider of stainless steel conduit and fittings for primarily the electrical industry. Gibson Stainless offers conduit, fittings, and various other electrical products that are all 100% stainless steel. Many of our products are used in food and beverage, refinery, petrochemical, and offshore/marine applications where stainless steel products are needed to provide extra defense against corrosive elements.
Gibson Stainless constantly works to expand its product line and strives to be the leader in developing new stainless steel products as required by the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers professional and efficiently
- Receive and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
- Proactively communicate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products
- Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective and current customers
- Prepare and deliver high-value job quotes based on project information
- Follow up on quotes, ensuring our quotes are competitive and aligned with market conditions
- Report and update department heads on high profile projects
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
- Generate reports on product sales to inform business decisions
- Assist with general sales and warehouse duties as needed to support the team
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to attendance and promptness
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
