Senior Account Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serves as primary business owner for internal and client account teams for all elements related to priority projects including budgets, client advocate communication, and client satisfaction.
  • Manages overall strategic quality and brand stewardship for assigned projects and ensures deliverable copy is aligned with established core messaging for priority projects.
  • Cultivates relationships with clients and acts as the primary contact for client deliverables.
  • Maintains an understanding of the agency's core services, offerings, and capabilities and uses this knowledge when completing client work.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of each clients’ industry/segment, consumer profiles, and competitive landscape.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience inclusive of marketing agency experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Experience drafting client project proposals and SOWs
  • Experience in successfully managing clients through complex projects
  • Experience in project financial management and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to provide tactical solutions to client business objectives
