Pistola Denim is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our sales team in our LA Showroom to manage the West Coast specialty store business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day to day responsibilities including email correspondence, customer service, returns, showroom organization, and weekly reporting.
Manage orders from start to finish from order entry (Joor/NuOrder) to be interfaced to ERP system.
Work with internal customer service team on order approval, order edits, price changes for fulfillment.
Manage high volume of follow up with prompt courteous and professional customer service Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and company goals.
Track sales performance, prepare reports and analyze data to evaluate gaps & opportunities in the business
Prospect for new business & incremental opportunities for the brand
Maintain strong relationships with buyers & accounts
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction
Being an expert in brand knowledge including knowing fits & fabrications
Understanding the customer’s needs & selling accordingly
Ability to manage and schedule road travel and market travel
Manage trade show prep and setup including making appointments, sample coordination and shipping, supplies, set up & break down
QUALIFICATIONS + KEY SKILLS
Passionate and energetic about the Brand, with the ability to manage the day to day, while learning and growing with exposure to premier global and domestic wholesale partners
Professional style email correspondence and in person/ virtual presentation; prepared to meet and correspond with stores & company colleagues
2-3+ years’ experience in wholesale sales in a related industry (apparel/accessories/footwear).
Experience in managing and updating selling reports and selling analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc)
Experience in NuOrder and Joor is a plus
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment
Ability to travel up to 40-50% both locally and domestically (Within West territory) for markets and appts
Excellent written/ verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, creative thinker, business driver, proactive
Team player who is reliable and has a positive attitude
