Arrow Security is one of the fastest growing security providers in the Northeast and we are looking for a Security Guard Tour Commander to join our expanding team. Presently, we are seeking to hire dedicated, highly organized, professional, and personable Security Guard - Tour Commander with excellent communication skills, Security management experience, and impeccable response time.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Valid and Current New York State Security Guard License
Minimum 5 years of security guard supervisor experience
Completion of 16 HR OJT Class required by NYS Licensing Division
Law enforcement or military experience
Exceptional work ethic
Computer literacy
Professional appearance
F02 is required
A commitment to taking care of fellow officers, our clients, and their property
Adhere to all Company service and operating standards
Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting
