The SEO Specialist is responsible for the management and analysis of multiple OEM and Non OEM/Non Key SEO campaigns. Through proactive communication with the Digital Advisors, the SEO Specialist will understand the needs of each client and manage accounts accordingly. The SEO Specialist is responsible for ensuring the SEO work that they provide for their SEO campaigns increases organic traffic and search engine visibility.


Job Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain SEO strategies such as, SEO copywriting, keyword research, and link building efforts.
  • Develops and implements policies, measurements and operational procedures that ensure an aggressive return on investment, increased traffic and operational effectiveness.
  • Create high quality SEO Content.
  • Provide recommendations and strategies for continued SEO campaign improvement for clients and potential clients.
  • Perform SEO audits regularly for potential SEO clients.
  • Maintains up-to-date search engine algorithm knowledge & best practices.
  • Communicates best practices, defines & develops SEO tactics & implementation strategy to senior management and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to develop models and interpret web analytics to identify gaps/areas of opportunity and provide key data driven insights to influence strategic e-commerce paid search decisions across the brand.
  • Accountable for ongoing assessment of SEM/SEO resource needs and deploying sufficient resources to meet agreed upon objectives, schedules and budgets at the highest level of quality and service.
  • Perform standard supportive SEO tasks: SEO copywriting, keyword research and analysis, and link building efforts.
  • Manage high quality reporting and communicate performance and insights.
  • Respond to SEO client requests accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Stay current on the latest industry trends, best practices, and search algorithm updates.
  • Complete account related tasks as assigned by your manager within the given time frame.


Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 years of experience in Digital Advertising
  • Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools experience preferred
  • Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Must have strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products as well as advanced problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to come up with new, creative solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively message verbally and in writing, using a variety of communication methods to build productive relationships
  • Prioritizes and completes tasks with a concern for all the details involved; monitors and checks work for accuracy
  • Easily adapts to change in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organizational culture or work environment.
  • Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment
