Search Consultant / Recruiter

Sanford Rose Associates – JFS Partners is an industry-leading Search Firm with an emphasis in providing executive and professional search solutions in Finance and Accounting. Our clients are fortune 500 companies, high-growth start-up companies, private equity firms and lead professional service firms.

Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire a Search Consultant / Recruiter in our Orlando, FL office.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Agency Recruiting and Sales experience
• Experience with Business Development / Sales
• Comfortable with cold calling passive candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, self-starter and disciplined
• Ability to pick up the phone every day
• Passionate about being the best at what you do

Recruiter's Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit highly qualified candidates using techniques including but not limited to cold calling, market research, job boards, referrals and networking events.
• Conduct candidate phone interviews and evaluate their skill set.
• Interest in making sales calls to prospective clients to expand on our current client base
• Engaging in sales activities: cold calling, email marketing, and social media advertising
• Build and nurture strong and long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
