Drive for Equity: Ensure all students, regardless of identity, have access to a top-notch, personalized college prep experience.
Embrace Knowledge: Dive deep into your subject matter! Our teachers craft and implement a cutting-edge digital curriculum aligned with Common Core Standards and NGSS Standards.
Empower Students: Be the conductor of student learning, empowering scholars to unlock their full academic and personal potential during their high school journey.
Foster Community: Through advisory, mentor the same group of students throughout their high school years, forge connections with their families, and celebrate their graduation milestones. Grab the tissue box.

We're Seeking
2+ years of teaching experience with a proven track record of improving student learning
A Bachelor's degree
Preferably, a California Single Subject Teaching Credential, or an Out of State Teaching Credential, or a clear path to obtaining a teaching credential within a year
A growth mindset and adaptability to change
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Belief in the potential of all students to succeed in college and effect positive multi-generational change

A competitive starting salary for teachers, beginning at $63,250, commensurate with experience
Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage, along with family leave benefits

Additional Details
Salary is commensurate with experience. This position is exempt and in-person, following an 11-month schedule.
While a California Single Subject Teaching Credential is preferred, we're dedicated to supporting outstanding candidates in pursuing full credentialing.
