What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing travel inquiries and coordinating trip logistics via email, phone, and online platforms
Craft personalized travel itineraries tailored to each client's preferences, interests, and budget
Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional experiences
Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy throughout the process
Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients, offering insider tips, destination insights, and unique experiences to enhance their journey
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in using travel booking systems, online reservation platforms, and office software
Passion for travel and a deep understanding of different destinations, cultures, and travel styles
