Job Title: SuccessFactors Lead Consultant (Employee Central)

Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite) Local or nearby only.

Visa- USC,GC only

Responsibilities

  • Lead data conversion projects for employee and foundation data within the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central (EC) module.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy throughout the process.
  • Implement and manage integrations between SF and SAP S/4 HANA, as well as third-party systems such as SailPoint, Ceridian, Kronos, and Workforce.
  • Effectively manage client communication to ensure project alignment with expectations.
  • Oversee and coordinate DynPro resources for efficient project execution.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data conversion methodologies and advocate for best practices.
  • Play a pivotal role in building an SAP SuccessFactors Centre of Excellence (COE).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ECC HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the success of data conversion projects within the Employee Central module of SAP SuccessFactors, while also contributing to the establishment of an SAP SuccessFactors Centre of Excellence.
