Position: SAP SuccessFactors - Benefits Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the implementation of the SuccessFactors Benefits module for clients.
  • Gather requirements, design, configure, and customize the Benefits module to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize benefits administration processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to benefits programs.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
