Skill Sets

SAP Logistics (SD/MM) -5-10 years Nice To Have

SAP TMS- 3-5 years Is Required

JIRA - At least 2 year Is Required

Skills

Ensure Jira project all task SDG updates are done in a timely manner-process compliance

  • create SDG feedback in Jira and follow-up to closure
  • Validate Kickoff iCal adhere to Jira process.
  • Attend Kickoff meetings
  • INC , ERs review , feedback with SDG(MJ) - 3 days SLA for feedbacks/ approvals of tickets.
  • Attend un-Rel FM review meetings and create Risk excel.
  • keep Appendix B up to date
  • Work on updating SDG documents
  • Potential work on Signavio for SDG 2.0 governance process.
  • Prepare SDG news letter content
  • Work on Office hours for Jira PLC.
  • if Bandwith exist then review radars for Medium risk projects.
  • establish a approach to verify Process adherence for SDG.
  • Radar review of minor designs.
