Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP implementation projects, specifically in the role of Functional Lead
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and provide recommendations for system design and configuration
Lead and participate in system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities
Provide guidance and support to the technical team throughout the development and implementation process
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption and optimal utilization of the SAP system
Identify areas for process improvement and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
Stay up to date with industry best practices and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
Experience: 10 Years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Lead
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, or PP
Proven track record of successful SAP implementation projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
