Join a luxury brand of tile and bath. We are searching for a sales support and showroom coordinator. This role will be to contribute to the development of servicing trade accounts in our showroom and to support the market share growth of Charlotte and perimeter cities.
The right candidate will be proactive and organized in self-management, high-energy, versatile, and a strong communicator who can strategically develop key accounts while gaining brand loyalty and recognition in the market.
• Support efforts to build sales volume and increased market share
• Partner with management and sales staff to implement marketing initiatives
• Track projects using CRM and/or pipelines
• Create presentations, PDF's, and other sales tools for outside account development
• Plan events and assist with outside presentations and the assembly of marketing tools
• Manage the in/out of freighted goods, received goods, tracking orders, PO follow-up, and typing sample and sales orders
• Social media communication and posting
• Welcome clients, qualify needs, direct incoming clients to sales staff, interact and engage
• Answer phones, qualify and set appointments, direct calls, and respond to email
• Represent the brand in dress and demeanor.
If interested, this is an entry into learning the skills needed to move into a sales and account development role, allowing more time to learn the industry, and to become better prepared for hard surface and plumbing professional sales.
