Our client, a leading contemporary womenswear brand, is seeking a Sales Supervisor for their New York City locations! Seeking a talented, energetic, sales driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for fashion.
Responsibilities:
Meet personal and store sales goals by providing best-in-class customer service.
Establish and maintain a returning client base and continuously reach out via email, phone call and text messaging.
Utilize company selling and training tools to meet and exceed KPI expectations.
Stay on top of trends in the market and brand product knowledge.
Maintain visuals, organization and cleanliness of both the front and back of house.
Support in coaching staff in developing strong client relationships and styling.
Lead by example and set the pace of the sales floor.
Qualifications:
Previous retail sales experience in a luxury environment
Customer focused with a drive for results
Dedicated and proven team player
Self-motivated with a passion for fashion, culture and trends
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $20.00/hr-$23.00/hr plus uncapped commission
