Sales Representative Goldstein and Charschan Building Products, Inc. (GCBP) is growing and we're looking for an exceptional sales person to join our team in Farmingdale, NY. Job description: We are recruiting for a full time Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This position is ideal for someone who is a problem solver, detailed orientated, has great communication skills, is hard working and wants to be part of a team that are experts in the industry and customer centric. Job Responsibilities: Interacting with existing customers primarily via phone and email to obtain pertinent information for bidding as well as occasional field/customer visits on Long Island. Creating quotes and bids using both internal and external vendor pricing systems Working with team members in the field and office to continue building strong customer relationships and increasing GCBP's closing ratio. Cultivate new customer relationships Gaining the necessary products and systems knowledge to enable you to assist our clients as an expert. (Extensive training is provided.) Follow up and closing Updating and maintaining information in Salesforce, internal sales files and vendor systems Liaising with our manufacturers to obtain information for customers Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 2 years experience in the construction industry (Preferred) Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to read Blueprints a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated individual
• Quick learner
