Position Overview
As a Remote Sales Production Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth trajectory. This remote position is open to individuals residing in Delaware, Florida, Maine, Ohio, or Texas. While networking events within your locality are a part of the role, our client base spans across the United States, offering you the opportunity to engage with clients nationwide.
Compensation
Annual base salary of $65,000 - $70,000
Quarterly commission
Annual bonus, bringing the potential earnings to $130,000
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
Sales Deliverables:
Undergo comprehensive training to become proficient in [Company Name]'s suite of services.
Identify and engage prospects, securing 2-7 clients per month through effective outreach.
Conduct thorough needs analyses to tailor solutions to clients' requirements.
Utilize persuasive techniques to present and promote our products/services to both existing and potential customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market potential.
Meet quarterly sales revenue targets and maintain meticulous records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with departmental directors to align sales efforts and maximize outcomes.
Participate in bi-weekly sales team meetings.
Management Duties
Develop and oversee sales budgets, forecasts, and expenditure approvals.
Support the Marketing Department in executing marketing and advertising campaigns.
Assist in updating client agreements and other pertinent documents.
Ensure the Sales Playbook remains current and accessible to the team.
Monitor sales data and track progress through the pipeline, holding team members accountable to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead recruitment efforts, set objectives, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations for sales representatives.
Address any sales-related issues or concerns to enhance team morale and retention.
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in prospecting and cold calling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) for networking purposes.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in scheduling and time management tools (e.g., Calendly).
