ABOUT THIS POSITION
This position is an associate level position that will require strong skills in communications, collaboration, project management and problem solving. This position will be responsible for primary support of system users and participate with ongoing design and implementation of Field Sales and related departments customer relationship management and data systems. In addition, this position will interface with many Inspire functional areas and external vendors to meet objectives in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. This role must be flexible for changing priorities and able to work with minimal supervision.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
Monitor and respond to Dynamics support mailbox consisting of questions and issues arising from daily use of the system
Contribute to the vision for Inspire’s Dynamics application
Assist in developing/maintaining a short and long-range project plan for Inspire’s Dynamics CRM application and other related data sources and applications
Work cross-functionally to vet ideas, prioritize projects and design solutions to maximize the impact of Dynamics CRM
Be a subject matter expert in Dynamics CRM and other Sales & Marketing tools providing support and guidance to field users and internal users
Creation and maintenance of training content for system users
Contribute to growing knowledge base of system functionality
Ensure effective integration of multiple sources of health care professional and patient information to enable a world class understanding of customers and patients - enable management action and business understanding
Conducts appropriate analysis of existing data to help identify patterns, aid in data quality and support business cases implementing solutions to prevent future issues while fixing existing issues
Manage several internal and external relationships for the systems we are utilizing
Evaluate third-party applications for appropriate sales and marketing functions as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience with sales operations or business analyst experience
Must display a high level of critical thinking to weigh alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with the business strategy
Work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing priorities
Multiple years of direct use and project management experience with a customer relationship management application such as MS Dynamics CRM or Salesforce.
Multiple years of experience with MS office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex ideas and systems
Demonstrated skill in the areas of building and maintaining relationships, problem solving and strategic thinking
Strong aptitude for achieving successful outcomes: intelligent, tenacious, objective oriented
Must be tough and determined
Continuously curious and investigative by nature
Preferred Qualifications
MS Office Certifications, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, PMP Certification
Direct experience with Dynamics CRM projects and/or release cycles
Proficiency in MS-Access, SSMS and data manipulation
Consumer focused medical device industry experience
