Sales Operations Analyst

As a Senior Analyst on our Sales Solutions team, you will support our Retail Sales team. Working with Kellanova USA sales, you’ll act as a key bridge, deploying our overall sales strategy to the retail team. This role will be on site 3 days a week and can be based out of Chicago or Naperville Illinois or Battle Creek, Michigan.

As the leader for the Kellanova USA Retail Excellence team, you will work with sales automation software. You will utilize your POS reporting skills to create a standardized sales budget. As the expert on our sales metrics and continuous improvement, you will collaborate closely with various internal analysts, sales leaders, and IT and HR business partners to review business processes and provide your input on opportunities to improve.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Business Analytics – Identify connections and patterns to uncover potential opportunities. Provide analytics and ad hoc reporting support to the Retail organization.
  • Providing Insights – As the expert on our sales metrics, you will work closely with sales directors and brand growth managers to review business trends and provide your input on opportunities to improve.
  • Collaboration - You will collaborate with the Finance and Sales team to standardize the monthly sales budget process. Work closely with IT partners on the data integration into systems such as Tableau.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Experience in a support data driven role
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user with analytical work experience
  • Experience with data manipulation tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Proven efficiency working in Microsoft Office (Power Point and MS Teams)
  • Proven ability to communicate complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing functions, knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally
